PROCÉDÉ DE RÉNOVATION D'UNE CHAUSSÉE DE CIRCULATION DE VÉHICULES ET MACHINE DE RÉPANDAGE SIMULTANÉ DE FIBRES ET D'ÉMULSION DE BITUME
Method for renovating a roadway, in which a first coat referred to as a tack coat (28) and consisting of a bitumen emulsion, a second coat of fibres (29) and then a third coat referred to as a surface coat (30), which is a 'clean' ('trackless') bitumen emulsion or comprises an anhydrous asphalt binder, is spread a single operation by a spreading machine from bottom to top and overlaid on the milled or planed roadway (26, 27), the fibres being sprayed onto the tack coat and the sprayed fibres having a maximum length of 12 cm, an asphalt mix being subsequently spread over the surface coat, the residual binder of the 'clean' bitumen emulsion having a penetrability of less than 40 dmm and a ball-ring temperature greater than 50°C, the 'clean' bitumen emulsion comprising between 30% and 70% bitumen, between 30% and 70% water, and between 0.1% and 10% surfactants, stabilisers and/or additives, the percentages being by weight. The application also relates to a spreading machine.
Procédé de rénovation d'une chaussée de circulation de véhicules dans lequel on répand lors d'un seul passage d'une machine de répandage, de bas en haut et superposées sur la chaussée fraisée ou rabotée (26, 27), une première couche dite couche d'accrochage (28) constituée d'une émulsion de bitume, puis une deuxième couche de fibres (29), puis une troisième couche dite couche de surface (30) qui est une émulsion de bitume « propre » (« trackless ») ou comportant un liant bitumineux anhydre, les fibres étant projetées sur la couche d'accrochage et les fibres projetées ayant une longueur maximale de 12 cm, un enrobé étant ultérieurement répandu sur la couche de surface, le liant résiduel de l'émulsion de bitume « propre » ayant une pénétrabilité inférieure à 40 dmm et une température Bille-Anneau supérieure à 50°C, l'émulsion de bitume « propre » comportant de 30 % à 70 % de bitume, de 30 % à 70 % d'eau, de 0,1 % à 10 % d'agent(s) surfactant(s), de stabilisateur(s) et/ou d'additif(s), les pourcentages étant en poids. L'application concerne aussi une machine de répandage.
