STEPWISE ASPHALT MIXTURE AGITATION METHOD
A stepwise asphalt mixture agitation method, comprising a first hot compartment group (1), a second hot compartment group (2), a first aggregate scale (3), a second aggregate scale (4), an asphalt scale (5), and a agitation tank (6), the first hot compartment group (1) being connected to the agitation tank (6) by means of the first aggregate scale (3), the second hot compartment group (2) being connected to the agitation tank (6) by means of the second aggregate scale (4), and the asphalt scale (5) being connected to the agitation tank (6). The second aggregate scale (4) receives and measures coarse aggregate in the second hot compartment group (2), and the measured coarse aggregate and a preset proportion of asphalt in the asphalt scale (5) are sequentially delivered into the agitation tank (6) to perform primary agitation; and the first aggregate scale (3) receives and measures fine aggregate in the first hot compartment group (1), and the measured fine aggregate and the remaining asphalt in the asphalt scale (5) are sequentially delivered into the agitation tank (6) to perform secondary agitation. The present method ensures that the surfaces of all coarse aggregate is covered by asphalt, thus avoiding the uneven thickness of the asphalt film formed by the asphalt mixture covering the surface of the aggregate and powder.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'agitation de mélange d'asphalte par étapes, comprenant un premier groupe de compartiments chauds (1), un second groupe de compartiments chauds (2), une première échelle d'agrégat (3), une seconde échelle d'agrégat (4), une échelle d'asphalte (5), et un réservoir d'agitation (6). La seconde échelle d'agrégat (4) reçoit et mesure un agrégat grossier dans le second groupe de compartiments chauds (2), et l'agrégat grossier mesuré et une proportion prédéfinie d'asphalte dans l'échelle d'asphalte (5) sont distribués de manière séquentielle dans le réservoir d'agitation (6) pour effectuer une agitation primaire ; et la première échelle d'agrégat (3) reçoit et mesure l'agrégat fin dans le premier groupe de compartiments chauds (1), et l'agrégat fin mesuré et l'asphalte restant dans l'échelle d'asphalte (5) sont distribués de manière séquentielle dans le réservoir d'agitation pour effectuer une agitation secondaire.
