AGGREGATE CONTROL METHOD FOR CONTINUOUS ASPHALT MIXTURE STIRRING EQUIPMENT
An aggregate control method for continuous asphalt mixture stirring equipment, comprising a stock bin (1), a dryer drum (8), a stirring mechanism and a stock bin belt conveyor scale (3) matching the stock bin (1). The stock bin belt conveyor scale (3) is provided below a discharge port of the stock bin (1), and is connected to the stirring mechanism by means of the dryer drum (8). The aggregate in the stock bin (1) enters the stock bin belt conveyor scale (3), the real-time flow of the stock bin (1) is obtained by means of the stock bin belt conveyor scale (3), and the aggregate is automatically adjusted according to the real-time flow and the preset flow. The adjusted aggregate is heated by the dryer drum (8) and then enters the stirring mechanism to be stirred. According to the method, all the aggregates can enter a stirring cylinder at the same time from the moment of production, the aggregate control precision and equipment stability are improved, and waste materials are reduced.
