The invention relates to a lock whose key serves to directly release the pull arm without being able to actuate it, and whose immobilizing devices are contained in cassettes in order to be able to change the combination without changing the entire lock. This lock comprises a housing consisting of a cover (1) placed on an upper block (5) containing a removable upper cassette (11) and a base (7) and a pull arm (9) passing through the housing while being able to move in translation beneath the upper block (5), this pull arm (9) comprising a removable pull cassette (8). The upper cassette (11) contains the upper well(s) (30), the pull cassette (8) contains the lower well(s) (21), whose lower portion is occluded by a stopper (19). The cassettes (8, 11) may be changed as a unit by virtue of an installation kit (38) in order to be able to change the combination of the lock. The device according to the invention is particularly designed for securing doors.
