PROCESS FOR PRODUCING WATER-REDUCING AND SLUMP-RETAINING TYPE POLYCARBOXYLIC ACID
A process for producing a water-reducing and slump-retaining type polycarboxylic acid. The process comprises the following steps: S1: providing water and a polyether; S2: providing raw materials including three mixtures A, B and C, liquid caustic soda and a catalyst; S3: starting a stirring paddle, and controlling the temperature in a reaction kettle to be between 20ºC and 30ºC throughout the whole production process; S4: sequentially adding part of the mixture A and a certain amount of the liquid caustic soda, such that the pH value of the mixed solution is weakly acidic; S5: adding the catalyst, and simultaneously dropwise adding the remaining mixture A, all the mixture C and part of the mixture B; S6: after the mixture A and mixture C are completely dropwise added, dropwise adding the remaining amount of mixture B; and S7: after the mixture B is completely dropwise added, adding the remaining liquid caustic soda for neutralization until a specified pH value is reached. The present production process can improve the conversion rate so as to reduce the production cost.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de poly(acide carboxylique) de type à réduction d'eau et à rétention d'affaissement. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes : S1 : utiliser de l'eau et un polyéther; S2 : utiliser des matières premières comprenant trois mélanges A, B et C, une soude caustique liquide et un catalyseur; S3 : démarrer une palette d'agitation et réguler la température dans une cuve de réaction pour qu'elle se situe entre 20°C et 30°C pendant tout le procédé de production; S4 : ajouter séquentiellement une partie du mélange A et une certaine quantité de la soude caustique liquide, de telle sorte que la valeur de pH de la solution mélangée soit faiblement acide; S5 : ajouter le catalyseur et ajouter simultanément goutte à goutte le mélange restant A, tout le mélange C et une partie du mélange B; S6 : après l'addition complète, goutte à goutte, du mélange A et du mélange C, ajouter goutte à goutte la quantité restante du mélange B; et S7 : après l'addition complète goutte à goutte du mélange B, ajouter la soude caustique liquide restante pour la neutralisation jusqu'à ce qu'une valeur de pH spécifiée soit atteinte. Le présent procédé de production peut améliorer le taux de conversion de façon à réduire le coût de production.
