Device for managing access to and use of a ladder (1) extending between a lower level and a protected upper level, the access to the bottom of which is controlled, having a means for hindering or preventing the use of at least some of the rungs of this ladder, formed by a panel (5) and means for connecting the latter to the ladder, which keep the panel, in a first state, pressed against an opposite face of the ladder from its access face and, in a second state, away from this face of the ladder, characterized in that the means for connecting the panel to the ladder comprise an articulation (10) with an axis parallel to the rungs (2) of the ladder (1) and away from the transverse edge (5b) of the panel (5) that is closest thereto.
Dispositif de gestion de l'accès et de l'usage d'une échelle (1) s'étendant entre un niveau inférieur et un niveau supérieur protégé, dont l'accès est inférieur est réglementé, comportant un moyen d'interdiction ou d'empêchement de l'usage d'au moins certains des barreaux de cette échelle formé par un panneau (5) et des moyens de sa liaison à l'échelle qui maintiennent le panneau, dans un premier état, appliqué contre une face de l'échelle opposée à sa face d'accès et dans un second état, éloigné de cette face de l'échelle, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de liaison du panneau à l'échelle comprennent une articulation (10) d'axe parallèle aux barreaux (2) de l'échelle (1) et éloignée du bord transversal (5b) du panneau (5) qui en est le plus proche.
