The invention relates to a device for the controlled access to an upper area, having a ladder (1) with transverse rungs (3) and longitudinal uprights (1a, 1b), which is flat with a mean plane (P), extending between a lower area that is freely accessible to a user and said upper area, a means for hindering or preventing the use of at least some of the rungs of this ladder, formed by an elongate panel (4), and means for connecting the latter to the ladder, which make it possible to place the panel (4), in a first state, pressed against a face of the ladder (1) and, in a second state, away from this face of the ladder, characterized in that said panel (4) is designed so as to have a running section, transverse to its major axis, at least a central part (4a) of which crosses the mean plane (P) of the ladder, and to have cutouts (5) in this central part (4a) for each rung (3) to pass through, when the panel (4) is in its first state.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'accès réglementé à une zone supérieure, comportant une échelle (1) à barreaux transversaux (3) et montants longitudinaux (1a,1b), plane avec un plan moyen (P), s'étendant entre une zone inférieure libre d'accès pour un usager et ladite zone supérieure, un moyen d'interdiction ou d'empêchement de l'usage d'au moins certains des barreaux de cette échelle, formé par un panneau oblong (4), et des moyens de sa liaison à l'échelle qui permettent de placer le panneau (4), dans un premier état, appliqué contre une face de l'échelle (1) et dans un second état, de l'éloigner de cette face de l'échelle, caractérisé en ce que ledit panneau (4) est conformé de manière à présenter une section courante, transversale à son grand axe dont au moins une partie centrale (4a) traverse le plan moyen (P) de l'échelle et à présenter des découpes (5) dans cette partie centrale (4a) pour le passage de chaque barreau (3), quand le panneau (4)est dans son premier état.
