TIC-PARTICLE-REINFORCED FE-BASED COMPOSITE MATERIAL AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME
The objective of the present invention is to provide a method for enhancing the oxidation resistance of a TiC-particle-reinforced Fe-based composite material. According to an aspect of the present invention, provided is a method for preparing a TiC-particle-reinforced Fe-based composite material. The preparation method comprises the steps of: preparing a TiC preform; and impregnating a liquid Fe alloy into the TiC preform, and then solidifying same. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the TiC preform may be a TiC sintered body fabricated by sintering powder in which a Ti oxide layer is formed on at least a portion of the surface thereof.
La présente invention a pour objet un procédé pour l'amélioration de la résistance à l'oxydation d'un matériau composite à base de Fe renforcé par des particules de TiC. Selon un aspect, la présente invention concerne un procédé pour la préparation d'un matériau composite à base de Fe renforcé par des particules de TiC. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes consistant à : préparer une préforme en TiC ; et imprégner la préforme en TiC d'un alliage de Fe liquide, puis solidifier celui-ci. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, la préforme en TiC peut être un corps fritté en TiC fabriqué par frittage d'une poudre dans laquelle une couche d'oxyde de Ti est formée sur au moins une partie de sa surface.
본 발명은 TiC 입자 강화 Fe계 복합 소재의 내산화성을 향상시키기 위한 방법의 제공을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 일 관점에 의하면, TiC 입자 강화 Fe계 복합재료 제조방법이 제공된다. 상기 제조방법은, TiC 프리폼을 준비하는 단계; 및 상기 TiC 프리폼 내부로 액상의 Fe 합금을 함침시킨 후 응고시키는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 상기 TiC 프리폼은 표면의 적어도 일부에 Ti 산화물층이 형성된 분말을 소결하여 제조한 TiC 소결체일 수 있다.
