CONCRETE MICRO-FOAMING AGENT AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
The invention relates to a concrete micro-foaming agent. The concrete micro-foaming agent contains the following components in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of a sulfonating agent, 0-100 parts of an alkaline agent, 100-200 parts of a unilateral condensing agent, 200-400 parts of a chain extender and 250-600 parts of water. According to the invention, the unilateral condensing agent and other components are subjected to a unilateral condensation reaction so as to obtain a concrete micro-foaming agent of a small molecule polymer; in addition, the concrete micro-foaming agent of the invention has good bubble stability, is less affected by concrete stirring time and storage time, greatly improves the workability, fluidity and construction performance of concrete, and has higher water reducing rate and cost performance.
