Disclosed are a colored active mixed material, a preparation method therefor and an application thereof, the colored active mixed material comprising: inactive inorganic matter, active inorganic matter and a surface coating agent. The colored active mixed material simultaneously contains inactive inorganic matter and active inorganic matter, the surface coating agent coats outer surfaces of the inactive inorganic matter and active inorganic matter; and surfaces of the inactive inorganic matter and active inorganic matter are homogenized and activated under the action of the surface coating agent, such that when the colored active mixed material has relatively strong activity, the usage amount of the active inorganic matter is significantly reduced. Meanwhile, as the inactive inorganic matter and the active inorganic matter are colored, mixing inactive inorganic matter and active inorganic matter of the same color can obtain a colored active mixed material of the same color; in addition, mixing inactive inorganic matter and active inorganic matter of different colors can obtain a colored active mixed material that differs from the primary colors of the inactive inorganic matter and active inorganic matter. Therefore, the color of a colored active mixed material is enriched.
