Ein Auskleidungsschlauch (1) zur Sanierung eines defekten Kanalrohres (100), umfassend einen Innenfolienschlauch (10) sowie eine um diesen herum angeordnete, radial aufweitbare Lage aus Fasermaterial (20), welches mit einem härtbaren Reaktionsharz getränkt ist, zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Innenfolienschlauch (10) einen sich in Längsrichtung desselben erstreckenden Verbindungsabschnitt (12) aufweist, welcher zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende Umfangsabschnitte (10a), (10b) des Innenfolienschlauchs (10) zu einem umfänglich geschlossenen Innenfolienschlauch (10) mit einem definierten Nenndurchmesser verbindet, und dass der Verbindungsabschnitt (12) eine sich entlang des Innenfolienschlauchs (10) erstreckende Sollbrachstelle (14) besitzt, die durch Einbringen eines Druckmediums in den Innenfolienschlauch in Umfangsrichtung auftrennbar ist, um den Innenfolienschlauch (10) und die darauf angeordnete Lage aus Fasermaterial (20) radial über den Nenndurchmesser hinaus aufzuweiten. Die Erfindung betrifft weiterhin ein Verfahren zur Herstellung sowie zur Installation eines solchen Auskleidungsschlauchs (10).

It is a feature of a lining tube (1) for reconditioning of a defective sewer pipe (100), comprising an inner film tube (10), around which is disposed a radially expandable layer of fibre material (20) that has been impregnated with a curable reactive resin, that the inner film tube (10) has a connecting section (12) that extends in longitudinal direction thereof and connects two circumferential sections (10a), (10b) of the inner film tube (10) that run parallel to one another to give an inner film tube (10) which is continuous over its circumference and has a defined nominal diameter, and that the connecting section (12) has an intended fracture site (14) that extends along the inner film tube (10) and can be parted by introducing a pressure medium into the inner film tube in circumferential direction, in order to expand the inner film tube (10) and the layer of fibre material (20) disposed thereon radially beyond the nominal diameter. The invention further relates to a method of producing and of installing such a lining tube (10).

Tube de doublage (1) pour le reconditionnement d'un tuyau d'égout défectueux (100), comprenant un tube de film interne (10) autour duquel est disposée une couche radialement extensible de matériau fibreux (20) qui a été imprégnée avec une résine réactive durcissable, le tube de film interne (10) présentant une section de liaison (12) qui s'étend dans la direction longitudinale de celui-ci et reliant deux sections circonférentielles (10a), (10b) du tube de film interne (10) qui s'étendent parallèlement l'une à l'autre pour donner un tube de film interne (10) qui est continu sur sa circonférence et a un diamètre nominal défini, et la section de liaison (12) présentant un site de fracture prévu (14) qui s'étend le long du tube de film interne (10) et peut être divisé par l'introduction d'un fluide sous pression dans le tube de film interne dans une direction circonférentielle, afin de dilater le tube de film interne (10) et la couche de matériau fibreux (20) disposée sur celui-ci radialement au-delà du diamètre nominal.
