A mortar composition including cement, fly ash, fine aggregate, ferronickel slag, and water, the FA substitution rate, which is the mass ratio of fly ash to the total mass of cement and fly ash, being 40-50 mass% (inclusive) and the FNS substitution rate, which is the mass ratio of ferronickel slag to the total mass of fine aggregate and ferronickel slag, being 60-90 mass% (inclusive).
