ADMIXTURE FOR MORTAR CONCRETE, CEMENT COMPOSITION, MORTAR COMPOSITION AND CONCRETE COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING MORTAR CURED PRODUCT AND CONCRETE CURED PRODUCT
To provide an admixture which can a sufficient demolding strength in an early period on a curing condition at a temperature generally applied in steam curing without applying special cement, and sufficiently reduces an influence on flowability of a mortar composition and a concrete composition.SOLUTION: In an admixture for mortar concrete, based on the total mass of the admixture, a percentage content of slaked lime is more than 0 mass% and 80 mass% or less, a percentage content of gypsum is 25 mass% or more and less than 80 mass%, a percentage content of sodium silicate is more than 0 mass% and 20 mass% or less, and a percentage content of aluminum sulfate is more than 0 mass% and 20 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】特殊なセメントを適用しなくても、蒸気養生において一般に適用される温度の養生条件で早期に十分な脱型強度を得ることができるとともに、モルタル組成物及びコンクリート組成物の流動性に及ぼす影響が十分に小さい混和材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係るモルタル・コンクリート用混和材は、当該混和材の全質量を基準として、消石灰の含有率が０質量％超８０質量％以下であり、石膏の含有率が２５質量％以上８０質量％未満であり、珪酸ナトリウムの含有率が０質量％超２０質量％以下であり、硫酸アルミニウムの含有率が０質量％超２０質量％以下である。【選択図】なし
