A construction method for a fabricated concrete beam-column joint, comprising: assembling joint connectors (3), and mounting a stub on each joint connector (3); welding a circumferential reinforcing plate (4), provided with a groove hole in the middle thereof, onto a middle section of the joint connector (3); mounting a longitudinal reinforcing bar (6) on the circumferential reinforcing plate (4); pouring a concrete beam (2) between two circumferential reinforcing plates (4); welding concealed brackets (5) onto side edges of structural columns (1); hoisting the concrete beam (2), and lap-jointing the joint connectors (3) and the concealed brackets (5); welding the joint connectors (3) and the structural columns (1); and pouring the concrete beam (2) between the circumferential reinforcement plates (4) and the structural columns (1).
