The construction method of the fabricated concrete beam-column joint comprises the steps that an annular reinforcing plate is welded to the inner side of a hoop plate, longitudinal bars and stirrups for bundling the longitudinal bars are arranged, and a formwork is erected to pour an upper prefabricated column and a lower prefabricated column; the upper prefabricated column is hoisted to the position over the lower prefabricated column, and the hoop plate of the upper prefabricated column and the hoop plate of the lower prefabricated column are welded and connected; cantilever slabs are welded to the outer side face of the hoop plate of the upper prefabricated column and the outer side face of the hoop plate of the lower prefabricated column; the cantilever slabs and the longitudinal bars of a concrete beam are in lap joint and connected; and the formwork is erected outside the cantilever slabs to pour concrete. According to the construction method of the fabricated concrete beam-column joint, the structural strength and rigidity of the beam-column joint are guaranteed, construction is convenient and fast, and the construction cost is low.
