Disclosed is a member for preventing the noise between floors, having a pentawall vibration-proofing structure. The member for preventing the noise between floors, having a pentawall vibration-proofing structure, of the present invention, comprises: a base plate having, at the upper side thereof, a plurality of supports arranged in a matrix form, and having, at the lower side thereof, a plurality of vibration-proofing walls having a Rahmen structure; a plurality of vibration-proofing anchors, each being coupled to the lower side of the vibration-proofing walls of the base plate; and a vibration-proofing insulation block which is coupled between the base plate and the vibration-proofing anchor and which has a plurality of vibration-proofing column holes allowing vibration-proofing columns of the base plate to pass therethrough.
