INTEGRATED ROOF SYSTEM WITH EMBOSSED SILICONE ROOF PLANKS
A multi-layered integrated roofing plank or panel with a base layer comprising engineered or manufactured wood, a water resistant barrier layer covering at least the outer face of the base layer, and at least one of the edges of the base layer. A silicone layer may cover at least a portion of the outer face. The silicone layer may be embossed with a pattern. A texturizing material also may be affixed to, or integrated with, the water resistant barrier layer. The edges of the roofing plank or panel may be configured as part of a joint with adjacent planks or panels, including, but not limited to, shiplap joints, tongue -and-groove joints, bead-and-cove joints, butt joints, or combinations or variations thereof.
L'invention concerne une planche ou un panneau multicouche de toiture intégré présentant une couche de base comprenant du bois d'ingénierie ou fabriqué, une couche barrière résistante à l'eau recouvrant au moins la face externe de la couche de base et au moins l'un des bords de celle-ci. Une couche de silicone peut recouvrir au moins une partie de la face externe. La couche de silicone peut être gaufrée avec un motif. Un matériau texturant peut également être fixé à la couche barrière résistante à l'eau ou intégré à cette dernière. Les bords de la planche ou du panneau de toiture peuvent être conçus en tant que partie d'un assemblage avec des planches ou des panneaux adjacents, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, des assemblages à feuillure, des assemblages à rainure et languette, des assemblages par emboîtement, des assemblages bout à bout, ou des combinaisons ou des variantes de ceux-ci.
