A pivoting frame (20) pivots around a pivot center (CP). A battery (31) is supported on the pivoting frame (20). An electric motor (33) is supported on the pivoting frame (20) and is supplied with electric power from the battery (31). A hydraulic pump (34) is supported on the pivoting frame (20), driven by the electric motor (33), and disposed closer to the pivot center (CP) than the electric motor (33) in plan view.
