The present invention relates to a gas-solid separation device of an emergency rescue apparatus, and an emergency rescue apparatus having same. The gas-solid separation device comprises a settling box, a second moving chassis, a multi-stage filtering mechanism, a discharging mechanism, a discharging door and a first driving mechanism, wherein the settling box comprises a feeding port and a gas outlet, the feeding port being arranged on one side of the settling box, and the gas outlet being arranged on another side of the settling box; the multi-stage filtering mechanism is arranged in the settling box, and the multi-stage filtering mechanism is used for filtering and purifying gas in the settling box; the discharging mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the inside of the settling box; the discharging door is arranged on one side of the settling box, the discharging door is located on one side of the discharging mechanism, and the discharging door is movably connected to the settling box; and the first driving mechanism is arranged on one side of the discharging mechanism, the first driving mechanism is used for providing power for the discharging mechanism, and the discharging mechanism is used for discharging material in the settling box. By means of the gas-solid separation device of the present invention performing an operation, time and labor are saved on, the labor intensity is reduced, and the operation efficiency and the timeliness of emergency measures are improved.
