SAFETY HELMET
The invention relates to a safety helmet which includes a wearable helmet body for protecting a wearer's head and an adjustable strap for securing the helmet body to the wearer's head. The helmet further includes a locking arrangement integrated with the helmet body and a locking member comprising a tether which is extendible and retractable with respect to the locking arrangement, the locking arrangement configured to selectively lock the tether in a closed configuration allowing secure tethering of the safety helmet to an external fixture and the locking arrangement further including a reel around which the tether is wound and unwound during retraction or extension of the tether.
L'invention concerne un casque de sécurité qui comprend un corps de casque pouvant être porté pour protéger la tête d'un porteur et une sangle réglable pour fixer le corps de casque à la tête du porteur. Le casque comprend en outre un agencement de verrouillage intégré au corps de casque et un élément de verrouillage comprenant un câble d'attache qui est extensible et rétractable par rapport à l'agencement de verrouillage, l'agencement de verrouillage étant configuré pour verrouiller sélectivement le câble d'attache dans une configuration fermée permettant une attache sécurisée du casque de sécurité à une fixation externe, et l'agencement de verrouillage comprenant en outre une bobine autour de laquelle la câble d'attache est enroulé et déroulé pendant une rétractation ou une extension du câble d'attache.
