VEHICLE DOOR HANDLE ASSEMBLY
The present invention refers to a vehicle door handle assembly (1) comprising a bowl (10) disposed in an opening of a door panel, the bowl (10) having a recess inside of which is disposed an electric door latch switch, wherein the bowl (10) comprises two complementary plastic parts (12, 14) which are each obtained in a separate molding process, the two complementary plastic parts being on one hand a lower-part bowl (12) that is shaped like a bent pipe and designed to be fastened to the door panel and on the other hand a concave-shaped upper-part bowl (14) that is configured to be assembled to the lower-part bowl (12) so that the upper-part bowl (14) forms a concave-shaped reception wall serving as an abutment for a user's fingertips when inserted inside the recess of the bowl (10).
La présente invention concerne un ensemble poignée de portière de véhicule (1) qui comprend un bol (10) disposé dans une ouverture d'un panneau de portière. Ledit bol présente un évidement à l'intérieur duquel est disposé un commutateur de verrouillage de portière électrique, et comprend deux parties en plastique complémentaires (12, 14) qui sont chacune obtenues dans un processus de moulage séparé. Lesdites deux parties en plastique complémentaires sont d'une part un bol de partie inférieure (12) en forme de tuyau coudé qui est conçu pour être fixé au panneau de portière et, d'autre part, un bol de partie supérieure en forme concave (14) qui est conçu pour être assemblé au bol de partie inférieure (12) de telle sorte que ledit bol de partie supérieure (14) forme une paroi de réception de forme concave servant de butée pour les bouts de doigts d'un utilisateur lorsqu'ils sont insérés à l'intérieur de l'évidement du bol (10).

La présente invention concerne un ensemble poignée de portière de véhicule (1) qui comprend un bol (10) disposé dans une ouverture d'un panneau de portière. Ledit bol présente un évidement à l'intérieur duquel est disposé un commutateur de verrouillage de portière électrique, et comprend deux parties en plastique complémentaires (12, 14) qui sont chacune obtenues dans un processus de moulage séparé.
