The present invention describes a handle system for a door of a public service vehicle and a method for manufacturing said system. Specifically, the present invention comprises a handle system for a door comprising an external cover that is shaped and stamped in a specific way so as to allow the perfect recessed fitting of a latch, in which the latch is connected to a structural support and said structural support is connected to the external cover, such that the latch does not come into contact with the external cover, and is recessed in relation to the structure of the external cover, so that this connection does not collect water, thereby preventing corrosion and also deformation of the structure during assembly. The present invention pertains to the field of mechanical engineering, and specifically structural solutions for public service vehicle doors.
La présente invention concerne un système de poignée pour trappe de véhicule de transport collectif et un procédé de fabrication dudit système. Spécifiquement, la présente invention comprend un système de poignée de porte pour trappe comprenant un revêtement externe fabriqué avec une géométrie et un estampillage spécifique qui permet l'encastrement parfaitement ajusté d'un verrou , ledit verrou étant associé à un support structural et ledit support structural étant associé au revêtement externe, de sorte que le verrou n'entre pas en contact avec le revêtement externe, restant encastré par rapport à la structure du revêtement externe, de manière que ledit assemblage n'accumule pas d'eau, empêchant les corrosions et déformations de la structure provenant du montage. La présente invention trouve une application dans les domaines de l'ingénierie mécanique, notamment dans le secteur des solutions structurales pour trappes de véhicules de transport collectif.
A presente invenção descreve um sistema de puxador para portinhola de veículo de transporte coletivo e um processo de fabricação da mesma. Especificamente, a presente invenção compreende um sistema de puxador para portinhola compreendendo um revestimento externo fabricado com geometria e estampagem específica que permite o perfeito encaixe embutido de um trinco, em que o trinco é associado em um suporte estrutural e o referido suporte estrutural é associado ao revestimento externo, de modo que o trinco não entra em contato com o revestimento externo, ficando embutido em relação a estrutura do revestimento externo, de forma que a referida associação não acumula água, prevenindo corrosões e deformações na estrutura provindas da montagem. A presente invenção se situa nos campos da engenharia mecânica, voltada para a área de soluções estruturais para portinholas de veículos de transporte coletivo.
