Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von beschichteten Substraten. Im Verfahren wird zunächst mindestens ein Bereich einer Oberfläche eines porösen Substrats mit mindestens einer Oberflächenversiegelungsschicht versehen. Dann wird mindestens eine wässrige Suspension auf der mindestens einen Oberflächenversiegelungsschicht aufgebracht, wobei die mindestens eine wässrige Suspension mindestens ein Refraktärmetallcarbid und Wasser enthält. Danach wird das Substrat einem Sinterprozess unterzogen. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ferner ein beschichtetes Substrat, welches mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren hergestellt oder herstellbar sein kann, sowie die Verwendung eines solchen beschichteten Substrats.
The present invention relates to a process for producing coated substrates. In the process, first at least one region of a surface of a porous substrate is provided with at least one surface sealing layer. At least one aqueous suspension is then applied onto the at least one surface sealing layer, the at least one aqueous suspension containing at least one refractory metal carbide and water. The substrate is then subjected to a sintering process. The present invention also relates to a coated substrate, which can be produced or is produced by the method according to the invention, and to the use of such a coated substrate.
La présente invention concerne un procédé de fabrication de substrats revêtus. Selon le procédé, au moins une zone d'une surface d'un substrat poreux est d'abord pourvue d'au moins une couche de scellement de surface. Ensuite, au moins une suspension aqueuse est appliquée sur la ou les couches de scellement de surface, la ou les suspensions aqueuses contenant au moins un carbure de métal réfractaire et de l'eau. Le substrat est ensuite soumis à un processus de frittage. La présente invention concerne en outre un substrat revêtu fabriqué ou pouvant être fabriqué au moyen du procédé selon l'invention, ainsi que l'utilisation d'un tel substrat revêtu.
