METHOD FOR PRODUCING CALCINED PRODUCT CONTAINING γ-2CAO∙SIO2
The present invention enables the achievement of a calcined product which contains γ-2CaO∙SiO2 as much as conventional ones by preparing a starting material mixture that contains a CaO starting material, an SiO2 starting material and a waste material, while having an Al2O3 content of 5.0% by mass or less after heating at 1000°C, and calcining the starting material mixture at a calcination temperature of 1350°C to 1600°C. The present invention is capable of effectively utilizing a waste material as a part of the starting material.
Selon l'invention, il est possible d'obtenir un objet cuit comprenant un γ-２ＣａＯ・ＳｉＯ２ de même niveau que dans l'art antérieur. Lequel objet cuit contient une matière de départ de CaO, une matière de départ de ＳｉＯ２ et des déchets, et est tel qu'un mélange de matières de départ de teneur en Ａｌ２Ｏ３ après chauffage à 1000°C inférieure ou égale à 5,0% en masse, est préparé, et cuit à une température de １３５０℃ à １６００℃, et ainsi une mise en œuvre efficace des déchets en tant que partie des matières de départ est possible.
ＣａＯ原料、ＳｉＯ２原料及び廃棄物を含み、１０００℃加熱後のＡｌ２Ｏ３の含有量が５．０質量％以下の原料混合物を調製し、焼成温度１３５０℃～１６００℃で焼成することにより、原料の一部として廃棄物を有効利用でき、かつ従来と同等程度のγ-２ＣａＯ・ＳｉＯ２を含有する焼成物を得ることができる。
