The invention relates to a modular wooden building system achieved by combining LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) wooden bearing structural elements with high -density insulation material (EPS) in a modular manner on the floor, wall and roof layers of a building and connecting them to each other with a nut head rod and steel connectors specifically designed for such system.
