Um zumindest die Ständer-Schicht (4) einer massiven Wandtafel (1) aus kaum beabstandeten, nebeneinander stehenden Holzbalken-Ständern (4.1 - 4.z) hochautomatisiert und im Durchlaufverfahren herstellen zu können und unabhängig von der Druckfestigkeit von Sturz und Schwelle zu sein, also den beiden Gurten (6a, b) der Ständer-Schicht (4), wird die Dicke (d) der Gurte (6a, b) in Dickenrichtung (12) der Ständer-Schicht (4) mit nur einem Bruchteil der Dicke (D) der Ständer-Schicht (4) gewählt und beide auf derselben Seite (4a) der Hauptebene der Ständer-Schicht (4) angeordnet in dortigen endseitigen Gurt-Ausnehmungen (24a, b) der Holzbalken-Ständer (4.1 - 4.z). Dadurch können bei der Herstellung der Ständer-Schicht (4) die Ständer (4.1 - 4.z) nacheinander mit den Quergurt-Ausnehmungen (24a, b) nach unten auf zwei passend beabstandet nebeneinanderliegenden Quergurte (6a, b) aufgelegt und mit diesen verbunden werden in einem fortlaufenden Prozess.

In order for at least the support layer (4) of a solid wall panel (1) composed of barely spaced-apart, adjacent wooden beam supports (4.1 - 4.z) to be able to be produced in a highly automated manner and in a continuous method and to be independent of the compressive strength of the lintel and sill, i.e. the two chords (6a, 6b) of the support layer (4), the thickness (d) of the chords (6a, b) in the thickness direction (12) of the support layer (4) is chosen with only a fraction of the thickness (D) of the support layer (4), and both chords are arranged on the same side (4a) of the main plane of the support layer (4) in end-side chord cutouts (24a, b) in the wooden beam supports (4.1 - 4.z). Thus, during the production of the support layer (4), the supports (4.1 - 4.z) can be successively placed with the transverse chord cutouts (24a, b) downwards onto two appropriately spaced-apart, adjacent transverse chords (6a, b) and be connected thereto in a continuous process.

Afin de pouvoir fabriquer, de manière hautement automatisée et par un procédé continu, au moins la couche de montants (4) d'un panneau mural massif (1) composé de montants en bois adjacents à peine écartés les uns des autres (4.1-4.z) et de ne pas dépendre de la résistance à la compression des lisses haute et basse, c'est-à-dire des deux sablières (6a, 6b) de la couche de montants (4), l'épaisseur (d) des sablières (6a, b) dans le sens de l'épaisseur (12) de la couche de montants (4) est choisie de façon à correspondre à seulement une petite partie de l'épaisseur (D) de la couche de montants (4), et les deux sablières sont disposées sur le même côté (4a) du plan principal de la couche de montants (4) dans des découpes pour sablières côté extrémité (24a, b) réalisées dans les montants en bois (4.1-4.z). Ainsi, lors de la fabrication de la couche de montants (4), les montants (4.1-4.z) peuvent être posés les uns à la suite des autres, avec les découpes pour sablières transversales (24a, b) orientées vers le bas, sur deux sablières transversales (6a, b), placées l'une à côté de l'autre à une distance appropriée, et lesdits montants peuvent être reliés à celles-ci au cours d'un processus continu.
