Um zumindest die Ständer-Schicht (4) einer massiven Wandtafel (1) aus kaum beabstandeten, nebeneinander stehenden Holzbalken-Ständern (4.1 - 4.z) hochautomatisiert und im Durchlaufverfahren herstellen zu können und dennoch ein Sonder-Paket wie ein Installations-Paket (4Plnst) dabei mit einbauen zu können, wird das Sonderpaket, insbesondere das Installations-Paket (4Plnst), extern vorgefertigt und an die Fertigung-Straße für die Ständer-Schicht (4) zugeliefert.
In order to be able to manufacture at least the wall stud layer (4) of a solid wall panel (1) from adjacent wooden beam studs (4.1-4.z) with only very little distance in between them in a highly automated fashion and in a continuous process yet being able to integrate a special kit such as a mounting kit (4PInst), the special kit, in particular the mounting kit (4PInst) is pre-fabricated externally and is supplied to the production line for the stud layer (4).
L'objet de la présente invention est de pouvoir fabriquer au moins une couche de montants de paroi (4) d'un panneau de paroi plein (1) à partir de montants de poutre en bois adjacents (4.1-4.z) avec une très faible distance entre eux de manière hautement automatisée et dans un processus continu tout en étant apte à intégrer un kit spécial tel qu'un kit de montage (4PInst), le kit spécial, en particulier le kit de montage (4PInst), est préfabriqué à l'extérieur et est fourni à la ligne de production pour la couche de montants (4).
