APPARATUS AND SHIP FOR RECOVERING OIL SPILLS IN WATER
The present invention relates to the technical field of water-surface oil spill environmental protection. Disclosed are an apparatus and ship for recovering oil spills in water, the recovery device comprising a housing, a control center, a variable-pressure air bag, an oil detector, an isolation layer, a water suction pump and a water discharge pipe. The housing is of a hollow structure, and the hollow structure is used for holding an oil-water mixture and serves as a temporary oil collection compartment; an upper part of the housing is provided with an oil-water mixture inlet, the bottom thereof is provided with a water discharge port, and a side wall thereof is provided with an oil pumping port; the isolation layer is arranged inside the housing, and is configured to enable water to pass therethrough, but oil cannot pass therethrough; and the oil detector is arranged on an inner wall of the housing and is used for measuring the oil level. The beneficial effects of the present invention involve: collected oil can all be temporarily stored in an inner cavity of the housing that serves as a temporary oil collection compartment, thereby improving oil collection efficiency, achieving a relatively good recovery effect, being capable of rapidly and stably dealing with an offshore oil spill operation, and achieving a stable oil recovery effect.
La présente invention se rapporte au domaine technique de la protection de l'environnement en cas de déversement de pétrole à la surface de l'eau. L'invention concerne un appareil et un navire pour récupérer des déversements de pétrole dans l'eau, le dispositif de récupération comprenant un boîtier, un centre de commande, un coussin d'air à pression variable, un détecteur de pétrole, une couche d'isolation, une pompe d'aspiration d'eau et un tuyau d'évacuation d'eau. Le boîtier est une structure creuse et la structure creuse est utilisée pour contenir un mélange pétrole-eau et sert de compartiment de collecte temporaire de pétrole ; une partie supérieure du boîtier est dotée d'une entrée de mélange pétrole-eau, son fond est doté d'un orifice d'évacuation d'eau et une paroi latérale de celui-ci est dotée d'un orifice de pompage de pétrole ; la couche d'isolation est placée à l'intérieur du boîtier et est conçue pour permettre à l'eau de traverser celle-ci, mais le pétrole ne peut pas la traverser ; et le détecteur de pétrole est placé sur une paroi interne du boîtier et est utilisé pour mesurer le niveau de pétrole. La présente invention présente l'avantage suivant : l'ensemble du pétrole collecté peut être stocké temporairement dans une cavité interne du boîtier qui sert de compartiment de collecte temporaire de pétrole, ce qui permet d'améliorer l'efficacité de collecte de pétrole, d'obtenir un effet de récupération relativement bon, de pouvoir gérer rapidement et de manière stable une opération de déversement de pétrole en mer et d'obtenir un effet de récupération de pétrole stable.
