Provided are: a working machine capable of preferably detecting degradation of an oxidation catalyst; a degradation detection device for an oxidation catalyst; a degradation detection method for an oxidation catalyst; and a degradation detection program for an oxidation catalyst. The working machine (20) comprises: a temperature detection device (2) for detecting the temperature between an oxidation catalyst (12) and a filter (11); and a controller (71). The controller (71) calculates an average value of the temperature detected by the temperature detection device (2), and calculates the degree of degradation of the oxidation catalyst (12) on the basis of the calculated average value, while the filter (11) is undergoing a regeneration process.
