CONCRETE POURING ANTI-SEGREGATION FLEXIBLE CHAIN BARREL
The present invention relates to a concrete pouring anti-segregation flexible chain barrel. The concrete pouring anti-segregation flexible chain barrel comprises at least two chain barrel units which are vertically connected. Each chain barrel unit comprises a barrel body and flanges; the barrel body has a funnel-like structure having a circular upper portion and a flat lower portion and is made of a flexible rubber material, the cross section of the upper half thereof being circular, the lower half thereof being flat, the inner walls of two opposite sides being attached to each other, and the top opening thereof being provided with an annular turned edge which is turned outward by a certain width; the flanges include an upper flange and a lower flange, the upper flange being pressed on the top surface of the turned edge of the barrel body, the lower flange sleeving the barrel body and abutting against the bottom surface of the turned edge, and the upper flange and the lower flange being connected by means of bolts and clamping and fixing the turned edge. The flanges of the upper and lower chain barrel units are connected by means of rigging or hanger rods. The present invention allows concrete to flow in a constrained state, thus avoiding segregation.
