The present invention concerns, in a first aspect, a stabilizing element (1) capable of stabilizing a strut (2) during a prop-up step, the stabilizing element (1) comprising a securing means capable of being secured on the longitudinal body (21) and a spring structure provided with an apex (11) configured to exert an upward pressure against the roof (T) when the roof (T) becomes slightly separated from the strut (2), providing sufficient friction to prevent the strut from being destabilized and falling, wherein the spring structure is configured to extend from the retention means to said apex (11) beyond the contour of the seat plate (22). A second aspect concerns an assembly of two stabilizing elements and a third aspect concerns an assembly of a strut and at least one stabilizing element.
La presente invención concierne, en un primer aspecto, a un elemento estabilizador (1) apto para estabilizar un puntal (2) durante una etapa de reapuntalamiento, comprendiendo el elemento estabilizador (1) unos medios de retención aptos para quedar retenidos en el cuerpo longitudinal (21) y una estructura de resorte provista de un ápice (11) configurado para ejercer una presión ascendente contra dicho techo () al separarse levemente el techo () respecto al puntal (2), proporcionando una fricción suficiente para evitar que este se desestabilice, donde la estructura de resorte está configurada para extenderse desde los medios de retención hasta dicho ápice (11) por fuera del contorno de la pletina de asiento (22).
