RIVER FLOODING PREDICTION METHOD
Provided is a river flooding prediction method for predicting river flooding. This river flooding prediction method is substituted for a conventional river flooding prediction method, and comprises: a preparation step for making preparation; and an overflow place identification step for determining whether there is a rainfall-induced river flood or determining a remaining time before river flooding on the basis of a real-time river observation video, and identifying, from this result, an overflow place where river water flows over a bank between upstream and downstream parts of the river. During rainfall, the overflow place identification step is repeatedly executed.
L'invention concerne un procédé de prédiction de l'inondation d'une rivière pour prédire l'inondation d'une rivière. Ce procédé de prédiction de l'inondation d'une rivière est une substitution d'un procédé de prédiction classique de l'inondation d'une rivière, et comprend : une étape de préparation pour faire une préparation ; et une étape d'identification d'emplacement de débordement pour déterminer s'il existe une inondation de rivière induite par la pluie ou déterminer un temps restant avant une inondation de rivière sur la base d'une vidéo d'observation de rivière en temps réel, et l'identification, à partir de ce résultat, d'un endroit de débordement où l'eau de rivière s'écoule sur un banc entre des parties amont et aval de la rivière. Pendant la pluie, l'étape d'identification d'emplacement de débordement est exécutée de manière répétée.
河川の氾濫を予測する河川氾濫予測方法を提供しようとする。 従来の河川氾濫予測方法にかわって、準備をする準備工程と、リアルタイムの河川の観測映像を基に降雨による河川の氾濫の有無または河川が氾濫するまでの余裕時間を判定して、その結果から河川の上流から下流までの間での堤の河川の水が溢れ出る箇所である溢流箇所を特定する溢流箇所特定工程と、を備え、降雨時に、前記溢流箇所特定工程を繰り返し実行する、ものとした。
