LIANT BIOSOURCÉ, COMPOSITION D'ENROBÉ ET REVÊTEMENT ROUTIER À BASE DUDIT LIANT BIOSOURCÉ
The present invention relates to a biobased binder comprising, by mass relative to the total mass thereof, at least: (a) from 35% to 98% of at least a first compound based on a fatty substance of natural origin comprising one or more unsaturated hydrocarbon-based fatty chains, said first compound having undergone at least one chemical reaction chosen from: blow moulding and/or maleinisation, (b) from 2% to 40% of at least one structuring agent, and (c) from 0% to 50% of at least a second compound based on a fatty substance of natural origin, said second compound not having undergone a chemical reaction, such as a chemical reaction chosen from: blow moulding and/or maleinisation. The present invention also relates to the use of a biobased binder in order to partially or totally replace the use of bitumen for the production of a composition of bituminous mix and/or road construction surface and/or civil engineering.
La présente invention se rapporte à un liant biosourcé comprenant, en masse par rapport à sa masse totale, au moins : (a) de 35% à 98% d'au moins un premier composé à base d'une matière grasse d'origine naturelle comprenant une ou plusieurs chaînes grasses hydrocarbonées insaturées, ledit premier composé ayant subi au moins une réaction chimique choisie parmi : le soufflage et/ou la maléinisation, (b) de 2% à 40% d'au moins un agent structurant, et (c) de 0% à 50% d'au moins un deuxième composé à base d'une matière grasse d'origine naturelle, ledit deuxième composé n'ayant pas subi de réaction chimique, comme une réaction chimique choisie parmi : le soufflage et/ou la maléinisation. La présente invention concerne également l'utilisation d'un liant biosourcé afin de remplacer partiellement ou totalement l'emploi de bitume pour la réalisation de composition d'enrobé et/ou de revêtement de construction routière et/ou de génie civil.
