A rotating pump pipe connecting device and a wet spraying machine provided with the rotating pump pipe connecting device. The rotating pump pipe connecting device comprises a first pipe body (1), a second pipe body (2), a bearing assembly, a limiting assembly, and a sealing assembly used for sealing; one end of the first pipe body (1) is rotatably connected to one end of the second pipe body (2) by means of the bearing assembly, the first pipe body (1) is penetratingly disposed in the second pipe body (2) to form a cavity (6) between the two, the bearing assembly is mounted in the cavity (6), and the limiting assembly is used for preventing the bearing assembly from moving axially. The described device has the advantages of smooth rotation, good stability, high safety, being able to reduce material fatigue, long service life, and so on.
