The present application relates to the technical field of building construction. Provided are an internal and external corner construction structure and a construction method. The internal and external corner construction structure comprises a first form, a second form, a third form, a first support, a second support, a connecting plate and a fixing assembly, wherein the first form is connected to the first support, and the first support is used for making the first form abut against a first form surface; the third form is connected to the second support, and the second support is used for making the third form abut against a third form surface; and the connecting plate is used for connecting the first form and the second form, and the fixing assembly is used for connecting the second form and the third form, such that the second form abuts against a second form surface.
