MULTI-PURPOSE BOLT UNIT FOR FIXING, TO BORED HOLES IN SOFT CONSTRUCTION STRUCTURE, OBJECT TO BE CONSTRUCTED
The present invention relates to a multi-purpose bolt unit for fixing, to bored holes (H) formed in a soft construction structure, an object (E) to be fixed, the bolt unit comprising: a cylindrical body (10) inserted into a bored hole (H) of the soft construction structure; a tip projection (20) which is formed at the lower end of the cylindrical body (10) and which has an outer diameter larger than that of the cylindrical body (10); an upper threaded surface (30) formed on the upper side of the cylindrical body (10) while spaced from the tip projection (20); an elastic packing tube (50) inserted onto the cylindrical body (10) so as to be held at the tip projection (20); an upper washer (60) fitted to the cylindrical body (10) so as to be held at the upper end of the elastic packing tube (50); a compression nut (70) screw-coupled to the upper threaded surface (30) so as to press the upper washer (60) so that the elastic packing tube (50) expands; and a fastening screw groove (80) formed on the inner side of the cylindrical body (10) so as to penetrate the compression nut (70), thereby opening toward the upper side.
