The invention discloses a multi-group bolt fixing structure and a construction method. The multi-group bolt fixing structure comprises a positioning jig frame and a plurality of bolt positioning templates arranged along the positioning jig frame, wherein a plurality of embedded bolts are arranged on the bolt positioning templates; the bolt positioning templates are fixedly connected with the positioning jig frame through connecting plates; and the bolt positioning templates are fixedly connected with the connecting plates through the embedded bolts. According to the multi-group bolt fixing structure, the embedded bolts are suspended and fixed by adopting the independent positioning jig frame, so that disturbance generated in the construction process of a template supporting system and steel bars of a base surface is avoided; the positioning jig frame is finely machined in a factory and has certain rigidity; through positioning adjustment of the positioning jig frame, the positioning of the bolt positioning templates for positioning of a plurality of groups of bolts can be realized; and the same positioning jig frame is used as a reference, so that the relative positions of different groups of bolts can be ensured to be accurate, and the positioning accuracy of the groups of bolts is improved.
