ALUMINA CERAMIC POWDER WITH HIGH SINTERING ACTIVITY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR
Disclosed in the present invention are an alumina ceramic powder with a high sintering activity and a preparation method therefor. The preparation method comprises the steps of: mixing an aqueous solution of an aluminum salt with a precipitant solution, and reacting same to obtain a precipitate; drying the precipitate to obtain a dry aluminum hydroxide powder; calcining the dry aluminum hydroxide powder to obtain an initial alumina powder; and dispersing the initial alumina powder or the dry aluminum hydroxide powder into deionized water, adding a mineralizer and a surfactant thereto, mixing same, and then transferring the resulting mixture into a hydrothermal reaction kettle for a hydrothermal reaction, so as to prepare the alumina ceramic powder with a high sintering activity. In the present invention, a hydrothermal method is utilized to modify the particle morphology of the alumina ceramic powder to make the surface morphology thereof regular, thereby obtaining an alumina ceramic powder with a high sintering activity. The method provided in the present invention is simple, easy to operate and low in terms of production cost, and can realize large-scale preparation of an alumina ceramic powder with a high sintering activity.
La présente invention divulgue une poudre de céramique d'alumine ayant une activité de frittage élevée et un procédé de préparation de celle-ci. Le procédé de préparation comprend les étapes de : mélange d'une solution aqueuse d'un sel d'aluminium avec une solution de précipitant, et réaction de celle-ci pour obtenir un précipité; séchage du précipité pour obtenir une poudre d'hydroxyde d'aluminium sèche; calcination de la poudre d'hydroxyde d'aluminium sèche pour obtenir une poudre d'alumine initiale; et dispersion de la poudre d'alumine initiale ou de la poudre d'hydroxyde d'aluminium sèche dans de l'eau désionisée, ajout d'un minéralisateur et d'un tensioactif à celle-ci, mélange de ceux-ci, puis transfert du mélange résultant dans une cuve de réaction hydrothermique pour une réaction hydrothermique, de façon à préparer la poudre de céramique d'alumine ayant une activité de frittage élevée. Dans la présente invention, un procédé hydrothermique est utilisé pour modifier la morphologie des particules de la poudre de céramique d'alumine pour rendre la morphologie de surface de celle-ci régulière, de façon à obtenir une poudre de céramique d'alumine ayant une activité de frittage élevée. Le procédé selon la présente invention est simple, facile à utiliser et à coût de production faible, et peut réaliser une préparation à grande échelle d'une poudre de céramique d'alumine ayant une activité de frittage élevée.
