VEHICLE ROOFTOP TENT AND ACCESSORY MOUNTING SYSTEM
A portal system for connecting an accessory with a vehicle having an outer panel with an outer panel opening therethrough is described herein, and includes in one or more embodiments, a vehicle opening portal, and access portal, and an accessory portal. The vehicle opening portal has a vehicle opening frame delineating an accessory first opening through the vehicle opening portal and an outer panel conforming portion and an accessory receiving portion opposite the outer panel conforming portion with an accessory first sealing face surrounding the accessory first opening. The access portal has an access frame delineating an access passage through the access portal and a sealing face. The accessory portal has an accessory portal frame delineating an accessory second opening and an accessory second sealing face surrounding the second accessory opening.
La présente invention concerne un système de portail permettant de relier un accessoire à un véhicule comportant un panneau externe traversé par une ouverture. Dans un ou plusieurs modes de réalisation, l'invention concerne également un portail d'ouverture de véhicule, un portail d'accès, et un portail d'accessoire. Le portail d'ouverture de véhicule présente un cadre d'ouverture de véhicule délimitant une première ouverture d'accessoire à travers le portail d'ouverture de véhicule et une partie de conformation de panneau externe et une partie de réception d'accessoire opposée à la partie de conformation de panneau externe avec une première face d'étanchéité d'accessoire entourant la première ouverture d'accessoire. Le portail d'accès comporte un cadre d'accès délimitant un passage d'accès à travers le portail d'accès et une face d'étanchéité. Le portail d'accessoire présente un cadre de portail d'accessoire délimitant une seconde ouverture d'accessoire et une seconde face d'étanchéité d'accessoire entourant la seconde ouverture d'accessoire.
