An exercise assisting apparatus according to an embodiment may include a link having a fastening notification function. The exercise assisting apparatus may comprise: a waist frame and a waist belt, which are to be worn around the waist of a user; a force transmission frame and a thigh belt, which are to be worn on the thighs of the user; an actuator connected to the waist frame and generating power; an upper frame connected to the actuator; a lower frame connected to the upper frame and transmitting the power to the force transmission frame; and a link connecting the upper frame and the lower frame.
