VERFAHREN ZUM STEUERN EINES ELEKTRISCHEN ANTRIEBSSTRANGS EINER ARBEITSMASCHINE UND ENTSPRECHENDE STEUERVORRICHTUNG
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum Steuern eines elektrischen Antriebsstrangs (22) einer Arbeitsmaschine. Das Verfahren weist einen Schritt eines Bestimmens (40), ob eine Bremspedalbetätigung mit einem Betätigungsweg größer als einem Betätigungswegschwellwert für eine Betätigungsdauer länger als einem Betätigungsdauerschwellwert erfolgt ist. Weiterhin weist das Verfahren einen Schritt eines Bestimmens (42), ob keine Antriebsmomentaufrechterhaltbedingung vorliegt, wenn das Bremspedal (12) entsprechend stark und lange betätigt wurde. Zudem weist das Verfahren einen Schritt eines Erzeugens (44) eines Steuersignals zum Abschalten einer Drehmomenterzeugung durch den elektrischen Antriebs- strang (22), wenn keine Antriebsmomentaufrechterhaltbedingung vorliegt. Zudem betrifft die Erfindung eine Steuervorrichtung (18) für einen elektrischen Antriebsstrang (22) und eine Arbeitsmaschine mit elektrischem Antriebsstrang (22).
The present invention relates to a method for controlling an electric drivetrain (22) of a work machine. The method comprises a step of determining (40) whether a brake pedal actuation has been performed with an actuation travel greater than an actuation-travel threshold for an actuation duration longer than an actuation-duration threshold. The method furthermore comprises a step of determining (42) whether no condition for maintaining drive torque is present if the brake pedal (12) has been actuated with corresponding intensity and for a corresponding length of time. The method furthermore comprises a step of generating (44) a control signal for deactivating a generation of torque by the electric drivetrain (22) if no condition for maintaining drive torque is present. The invention furthermore relates to a control device (18) for an electric drivetrain (22) and to a work machine having an electric drivetrain (22).
La présente invention concerne un procédé de commande d'une chaîne cinématique (22) électrique d'une machine de travail. Le procédé comporte une étape consistant à déterminer (40) si un actionnement de la pédale de frein intervient à une course d'actionnement supérieure à un seuil de course d'actionnement pour une durée d'actionnement supérieure à un seuil de durée d'actionnement. En outre, le procédé comporte une étape consistant à déterminer (42) s'il n'y a pas de condition de maintien du couple d'entraînement lorsque la pédale de frein (12) a été actionnée avec une force et selon une durée appropriées. De plus, le procédé comporte une étape consistant à générer (44) un signal de commande afin d'arrêter une génération de couple par la chaîne cinématique (22) électrique lorsqu'il n'y a pas de condition de maintien du couple d'entraînement. L'invention concerne par ailleurs un dispositif de commande (18) pour une chaîne cinématique (22) électrique et une machine de travail dotée d'une chaîne cinématique (22) électrique.
