PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC MASS PRODUCTION METHOD AND SEPARATION SHEET FOR PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC MASS FIRING
A piezoelectric ceramic mass production method is provided. The piezoelectric ceramic mass production method according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: (1) preparing at least one type from among a single-layer piezoelectric ceramic green sheet and a multi-layer piezoelectric ceramic green sheet, which are firing objects; (2) arranging a separation sheet, which contains an acryl-based binder resin, between adjacent firing objects so as to manufacture a firing stack in which a plurality of firing objects are stacked; and (3) firing the firing stack, and then separating same into a plurality of fired bodies. Therefore, a large quantity of firing objects can be readily and rapidly arranged within a firing furnace and, simultaneously, remaining impurities, that exclude components contained in the firing objects, are nearly absent in the fired body, and thus the present invention is very advantageous for mass firing.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production de masse céramique piézoélectrique. Le procédé de production de masse céramique piézoélectrique selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention comprend les étapes consistant à : (1) préparer au moins un type parmi une feuille crue de céramique piézoélectrique monocouche et une feuille crue de céramique piézoélectrique multicouche, qui sont des objets de cuisson ; (2) agencer une feuille de séparation, qui contient une résine liante à base acrylique, entre des objets de cuisson adjacents de façon à fabriquer une pile de cuisson dans laquelle sont empilés une pluralité d'objets de cuisson ; et (3) cuire la pile de cuisson, et puis séparer celle-ci en une pluralité de corps cuits. Par conséquent, une grande quantité d'objets de cuisson peut être facilement et rapidement disposée à l'intérieur d'un four de cuisson et, simultanément, les impuretés restantes, à l'exclusion des composants contenus dans les objets de cuisson, sont presque absentes dans le corps cuit, et ainsi la présente invention est très avantageuse pour la cuisson de masse.
