METHOD FOR REPAIRING STEEL STRUCTURE, AND ADHESIVE SHEET FOR REPAIRING STEEL STRUCTURE
[Problem] To provide a method whereby a steel structure having a deteriorated part can be repaired in a short period of time. [Solution] A method for repairing a steel structure that has a deteriorated part, said method including: a first step for preparing an adhesive sheet comprising a support body and an adhesive layer which is provided on one surface of the support body; a second step for subjecting the deteriorated part of the steel structure to surface preparation to form a surface-prepared surface which may have an active film; a third step for subjecting the surface-prepared surface of the steel structure to a rust-proofing treatment to form a rust-proof surface; and a fourth step for disposing the adhesive sheet on the rust-proof surface of the steel structure.
Le problème décrit par la présente invention est de fournir un procédé au moyen duquel une structure en acier ayant une partie détériorée peut être réparée en une courte période de temps. La présente invention concerne un procédé de réparation d'une structure en acier qui a une partie détériorée, ledit procédé comprenant : une première étape consistant à préparer une feuille adhésive comprenant un corps de support et une couche adhésive qui est disposée sur une surface du corps de support ; une deuxième étape consistant à soumettre la partie détériorée de la structure en acier à une préparation de surface pour former une surface préparée en surface qui peut avoir un film actif ; une troisième étape consistant à soumettre la surface préparée en surface de la structure en acier à un traitement antirouille pour former une surface anti-rouille ; et une quatrième étape consistant à disposer la feuille adhésive sur la surface anti-rouille de la structure en acier.
［課題］短期間で劣化部を有する鋼構造物の補修を可能とする方法を提供する。 ［解決手段］劣化部を有する鋼構造物の補修方法であって、支持体、および支持体の一方の表面上に設けられた接着層を備える接着シートを準備する第１工程と、鋼構造物の劣化部に対して素地調整を行い、活膜を有してもよい素地調整面を形成する第２工程と、鋼構造物の素地調整面に防錆処理を行い、防錆処理面を形成する第３工程と、鋼構造物の防錆処理面上に、接着シートを配置する第４工程と、を含む、鋼構造物の補修方法。
