STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING STEEL MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple repair structure and a repair method, which can easily adapt even to a change in plate thickness of a base material, without execution of hole making and welding, when a crack appears in an existing steel member.SOLUTION: A clamp 32 comprises a body part 33 with a recess 33a, which makes a reinforcement material 31 abut on both surfaces or one side of a region, in which a crack C appears, of a steel member (crane girder 1), and two or more clamping bolts 34 for clamping a member, which is sandwiched in the recess 33a, in two or more places. The region, in which a crack C appears, and the reinforcement material 31 are clamped by the clamping bolts 34 of the clamp in the state of being sandwiched in the recess 33a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】既設の鋼部材に亀裂が発生した際に、孔開けや溶接を行わず、母材の板厚の変化にも容易に対応できる簡易な補修構造および補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】鋼部材(クレーンガーダー1)の亀裂Cが生じた部位の両面または片面に補強材31が当接され、凹部33aを有する本体部33と、凹部33aに挟んだ部材を2個所以上で締め付ける2つ以上の締め付けボルト34とを備えた挟締金具32によって、亀裂Cが生じた部位と補強材31とが、凹部33aに挟まれて締め付けボルト34で締め付けられている。【選択図】図3
