METHOD FOR PREPARING AEROGEL MODIFIED GYPSUM
Disclosed is a method for preparing aerogel modified gypsum. The preparation method of the present invention comprises: mixing aerogel with gypsum raw materials and auxiliary materials while vacuum stirring, then adding an air entraining agent under normal-pressure conditions, and uniformly mixing to obtain an aerogel modified gypsum. By first performing vacuum stirring and then adding the air entraining agent and stirring under normal pressure, the present invention effectively overcomes the problem in the prior art whereby the the effect of the air entraining agent is reduced due to introduction during vacuum stirring. The method of the present invention achieves a better mixing effect while maximizing the function of the air entraining agent, and prepares a gypsum having significantly improved thermal insulation and strength.
L'invention divulgue un procédé de préparation de gypse modifié par aérogel. Le procédé de préparation selon la présente invention consiste : à mélanger un aérogel avec des matières premières de gypse et des matériaux auxiliaires tout en agitant sous vide, puis à ajouter un agent entraîneur d'air dans des conditions de pression normale, et à mélanger uniformément pour obtenir un gypse modifié par aérogel. En effectuant d'abord une agitation sous vide puis en ajoutant l'agent entraîneur d'air et en agitant sous pression normale, la présente invention surmonte efficacement le problème de l'état de la technique selon lequel l'effet de l'agent entraîneur d'air est réduit en raison de son introduction pendant l'agitation sous vide. Le procédé selon la présente invention permet d'obtenir un meilleur effet de mélange tout en optimisant la fonction de l'agent entraîneur d'air, et prépare un gypse dont l'isolation thermique et la résistance sont significativement améliorées.
