In a first aspect, the present disclosure relates to a vertical graphitization furnace (100) for continuously graphitizing carbonaceous material comprising a raw material inlet (120) and a product outlet (130), a channel (110) extending along a longitudinal channel axis (300) connecting the raw material inlet (120) and the product outlet (130), and an agitator comprising at least one mixing paddle (140) disposed on a shaft (150).
Selon un premier aspect, la présente divulgation concerne un four de graphitisation vertical (100) pour graphitiser en continu un matériau carboné comprenant une entrée de matière première (120) et une sortie de produit (130), un canal (110) s'étendant le long d'un axe de canal longitudinal (300) reliant l'entrée de matière première (120) et la sortie de produit (130), et un agitateur comprenant au moins une palette de mélange (140) disposée sur un arbre (150).
