GRAPHITIZATION FURNACE COMPRISING AN ASH OUTLET
In a first aspect, the present disclosure relates to a graphitization furnace comprising a raw material inlet, a product outlet and a channel (100) connecting the raw material inlet and the product outlet. The graphitization furnace further comprises an ash outlet (110) in gaseous communication with the channel (100), wherein the ash outlet (110) comprises an ash collection chamber (120) comprising a hatch (160) and a high surface area body (130) removably disposed within the ash collection chamber (120), and/or a cooling means (140).
Selon un premier aspect, la présente invention concerne un four de graphitisation comprenant une entrée de matière première, une sortie de produit et un canal (100) reliant l'entrée de matière première et la sortie de produit. Le four de graphitisation comprend en outre une sortie de cendres (110) en communication gazeuse avec le canal (100), la sortie de cendres (110) comprenant une chambre de collecte de cendres (120) comprenant une trappe (160) et un corps de grande surface utile (130) disposé de manière amovible à l'intérieur de la chambre de collecte de cendres (120), et/ou un moyen de refroidissement (140).
