The invention relates to a method for producing composite panel elements (1), said method comprising: - providing a binder comprising a) glass particles, b) at least one slag, and c) an activation system comprising at least one water-soluble calcium salt and at least one water-soluble alkali metal silicate or alkali metal carbonate compound, - providing a fibre component, - mixing at least components a) and b) of said binder with a said fibre component, - forming the mixture into composite panel elements, and - adding water to said fibre component or to said mixture or to said composite panel elements, wherein the component c) of said binder is either mixed with the fibre component together with components a) and b) or added together with said water to said fibre component or to said mixture or to said composite panel elements.
L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'éléments de panneau composite (1), ledit procédé comprenant : - fournir un liant comprenant a) des particules de verre, b) au moins un laitier, et c) un système d'activation comprenant au moins un sel de calcium soluble dans l'eau et au moins un composé silicate de métal alcalin ou carbonate de métal alcalin soluble dans l'eau, - fournir un composant fibreux, - mélanger au moins les composants a) et b) dudit liant avec ledit composant fibreux, - transformer le mélange en éléments de panneau composite, et - ajouter de l'eau audit composant fibreux ou audit mélange ou auxdits éléments de panneau composite, le composant c) dudit liant étant soit mélangé avec le composant fibreux conjointement avec les composants a) et b) soit ajouté conjointement avec ladite eau audit composant fibreux ou audit mélange ou auxdits éléments de panneau composite.
