HIGH PRECISION RATCHETING MECHANISM
A ratcheting mechanism composed of a housing that encloses a plurality of pins acting as pawls, engaging with a rack having teeth, wherein each of the pins acts independently, allowing for fine adjustments of the rack. An actuator enables seamless engagement and disengagement of the pins in relation to the rack. A sensor may be used to determine the location of at least one pin within the housing as it is related to the rack.
L'invention concerne un mécanisme d'encliquetage composé d'un boîtier qui renferme une pluralité de broches agissant en tant que cliquets, venant en prise avec une crémaillère ayant des dents, chacune des broches agissant indépendamment, permettant des réglages fins de la crémaillère. Un actionneur permet une mise en prise et un désengagement sans coupure des broches par rapport à la crémaillère. Un capteur peut être utilisé pour déterminer l'emplacement d'au moins une broche à l'intérieur du boîtier lorsqu'elle est associée à la crémaillère.
