The present invention relates to a steel insulation waterproof panel for construction and a waterproofing method using same and, more specifically, a steel insulation waterproof panel for construction comprising: a steel panel; and an elastic coating film formed on both surfaces of the steel panel and made of an elastic material. According to the present invention, the steel insulation waterproof panel has excellent waterproof performance, insulation performance, and soundproofing performance, as well as excellent durability, allowing for semi-permanent use. Also, the steel insulation waterproof panel for construction can be utilized as a flooring material due to the smooth surface and high durability thereof. In addition, the steel insulation waterproof panel provides great ease of installation as no separate fixtures and connectors are required.
La présente invention concerne un panneau en acier isolant étanche à l'eau destiné à la construction et un procédé d'imperméabilisation l'utilisant. Plus spécifiquement, l'invention concerne un panneau en acier isolant étanche à l'eau destiné à la construction, comprenant : un panneau en acier ; et un film de revêtement élastique formé sur les deux surfaces du panneau en acier et constitué d'un matériau élastique.
